Had something published in a prestigious publication. I learned this when I received a letter from Asia handwritten in felt pen. The writer said he was an acquaintance from thirty years ago. He said he saw my name in the publication and tracked down my unlisted contact information. I don't think I am going to respond -- but I was glad to know that I made it in. I had watched to see if my stuff made it in but I gave up too early, apparently. My life circumstances haven't been conductive to being functional. Thank you . . . unusual person. A librarian is going to copy the thing in question and send it to me. Yeah!
