I want to to warm up my feet. My feet always seem to be cold except when i am asleep or super relaxed.
When i drink alcohol my entire body is warm, ears are very warm no dandruff either. Of course this because alcohol is a vasodilator in small doses.
Is there anyway to do this without alcohol. Is this entirely dependent on thyroid? Because according to labs I am not hypothyroid. Normal t4 and t3 and 1.5 tsh could be better.
