Dr Brad Stanfield says Resveratrol, vitamin E and meltformin are too dangerous to take:
What do you reckon?

Sounds a little extreme, but I don't have time to watch the video right now. Obviously, since resveratrol and vitamin E are natural, they can't be "dangerous" per se, only the dosage matters (or could cause problems).

Dr Matt Kaeberlein, Sinclair's former lab mate doesn't say anything so extreme. He simply says it's unlikely to impact health and longevity: https://raisingnad.c...alth-longevity/

Brad Stansfield's has changed his mind on many supplements he initially criticised. It is so common that I no longer find him credible. So any scare tactics he uses I ignore.

He's said so himself in a video apologizing for that tendency. But he is still doing it.

He hasn't gone back on rapamycin, I don't think. At one point he was trying to start a human trial for rapamycin, not sure if he got the funding he needed.

I think he has the funding now, or most of it. He is pushing rapamycin a lot, so he might have a conflict of interest with other supplements that compete with it.
He's also attacked fisetin, saying it was no good, because it was not bioavailable, without realizing that the studies he cited for this had used fisetin without mixing it with an oil to make it bioavailable.

Questions about the ITP study that Brad cited to say that fisetin was no good as a senolytic.

I found his history review of Sinclair and Resveratrol interesting - https://twitter.com/...841441093857624
However his personal opinion on nutrients seems really limited/amateurish
