Curcumin is one of the top supplements everyone should be taking. I've been taking it since '98. I rank curcumin at nearly the same level green/white tea, and I included it in my top five list quite a while ago:

^ like Duke said. I use it myself in capsule form since it doesn't go that well with what I eat. It's an aquired taste I think. I only use about 1/2 gram a day which is less than many people use. I believe in small doses of all good stuff rather than megadoses.
