Apart from overall wellbeing, I'm looking for dealing with my awful short-term memory and I can't remember names, or languages: I'll forget newly learned words minutes after I've first heard them. (which migh have been caused by Lyme disease that I suffered from a few years ago) and would appreciate some advice on supplements I could try for this purpose.
As for the past few years, in addition to experimentation with many supplements, I've been taking the following regimen daily:
-Multivitamin (LEF) I'd appreciate some feedback on the quality of this particular multivit.
-Fish oil (LEF) 2000 mg (700 EPA; 500 DHA)
-Vitamin D3 (Now Foods) 2000IU
-Vitamin C (Now Foods) 2,000 mg
-Astaxanthin (Now Foods) 4-10 mg
-Acetyl-L Carnitine (500-1500 mg)
-NAC (600 mg, a few times a week)
Ive been using NAC for dealing with hangovers and must say, it works quite wonderfully.
Worth considering?
-Cordyceps (Doctor's Best) 1,500 mg
-Lion's mane (?) (?)
Cordyceps and/or Lion's mane?
I'd like to know if I should consider additional supplements and/or adjust my current regimen.
