So here's the deal- I've been taking piracetam for a few weeks now, and I have found my sweet spot. Weird thing is, it seems like it's only 250-300 mg -anything more than that makes me foggy-minded and easily infuriated. Does anyone have experience with this, and if so, do you think my body will eventually adapt and be able to handle dosages within the normal range? Also, does this mean that I get less benefits from it? Any responses would be appreciated.

I had the exact same reaction to piracetam. Taking 250mg of L-glutamic acid or 200 mg of MSG cleared up my irritibility. At 250-300mg you are most likely not getting all the benefits.
As a side note, none of the other racetams I tried gave me irritibility (Aniracetam, Oxiracetam, Pramiracetam).

Well, I couldn't find any glutamic acid, but I did eat some eggs (which are supposed to be high in the stuff) and i feel loads better. Thanks again for the recommendation.
