Just wondering. CR tends to suppress protein synthesis (due to mTOR inhibition), as does methionine restriction.

But Noopept increases BDNF/NGF, which help increase protein synthesis.

Does CR inhibit Noopept's beneficial effects?

I would say on the opposite. Reduced nutrient (aminoacid) induced background activity of mTORC1 should sensitize the dentritic compartment to local activation by bdnf.
