Hello everyone! I apologize if this is the wrong section, I know there's a new change to the stack section. Would anyone mind taking a look at my stack and let me know their opinion?

Short background, 26 male, beginning a new job in construction. No health problems other than chronic fatigue (Which has a dramatic impact on my life).

I am currently taking,

5 grams of Creatine in the morning

10mg of Noopept once in the morning

About once a week I'll take 300mg of Adrafinil

In the PM I am taking CoQ10, PQQ, Shilajit, and doing LLLT on my entire head, 30 seconds per location (TULIP).

I also do yoga and meditate every day, I can't imagine going a day without either.

I also used to be an extremely heavy cannabis user and am having a really hard time kicking the habit. Nothing eases my anxiety and muscle aches aquired on the job than this substance. I am a little worried however on the effect the cannabis may or may not be having in combination the Noopept and TULIP, especially after reading a bit about the effects on long term potentiation and it makes me fearful of having this be in my routine.

I am still suffering from chronic fatigue, although this current stack helps enormously. I almost feel addicted to adding more things to my stack due to the major life improvments that I've seen with what I currently have. I have not tried anything else. I'm looking to improve my energy levels, increase endurance, and help with memory retention of the new job skills.

I am considering adding CILTEP and maybe Mr. Happy's stack, as there seems to be a good synergy of these with TULIP. Also possibly curcumin, as I'm starting to think inflamation might be the cause of my fatigue. Considering PEMF as well, since I can do diyPemf for cheap and it might help with recovery and deeper sleep.

Anyone have any thoughts? I really appreciate everyone's time and amazing support!

Considering you're trying to combat fatigue, I would look into a few adaptogens. Cordyceps and rhodiola would be my top picks for energizing/anti-fatigue effects, maybe with ashwagandha in the evenings as it can be calming. Curcumin is a good choice as well.

Have you looked into improving sleep hygiene? Going to bed early, avoiding blue light in the pm and using a bright light in the mornings always has the biggest impact on my energy levels. And of course eating a proper diet is massive for keeping energy up and preventing crashes.

Thanks for reminding me about adaptogens! I have recently begun suffering from HEAVY allergies and I've realized that my chronic fatigue gets WAY worse alongside them. It's starting to make me think that all the other times i'm suffering from chronic fatigue I'm really battling a low grade allergic reaction to something. I am saving for a purchase of Guduchi, which is an adaptogen that seems to help a lot of people in this realm. I've also noticed some interesting side effects of LLLT. It seems to be helping me with addictions. I've only been doing it every other day for about a month now. I used to be an extremely heavy cannbis user but now every time I try it, I can only take two hits before I become just completely spaced out and don't want anymore. Doing LLLT seems to be enough of a high for me now. I have also noticed that my dreams have become about 10x clearer, which was not unexpected, Noopept also made my dreams a lot more vivid.

For chronic fatigue, high dose thiamin(Vitamin B1) or sulbutiamine are great additions to your stack. Sulbutiamine was able to releave fatigue in patients with chronic fatigue caused by an infection. Just make sure you're taking a b complex with it as taking vitamin b1 alone can deplete other b vitamins.

It would also be good if you can take acetylcholine boosting supplements on your days off from adrafinil. Acetylcholine reduces the release of dopamine, which forces the brain to make dopamine receptors more sensitive. Since adrafinil is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor, making your dopamine receptors more sensitive before use will make the stimulant more powerful.

For cannabis, have you looked into other cannibinoids? Beta-caryphyllene is an cannibinoid found in many common foods like oregano, thyme and a few others. Beta-caryphyllene is a selective agonist of cb2 receptors, and it had antidepressant, antianxiety, antiinflammatory and pain killing effects in rats. THC activates both CB1 and CB2, and if memory serves me right, activation of CB1 receptors is what causes memory impairements and LTD in cognitive function. So perhaps a high dose oregano(or other herbs that contain beta-caryphyllene) could ease your muscle pains and anxiety without causing memory problems.
