ive tried a ton of supplements for my cfs and im looking for others to try.

the only thing that helps is a combo of apple cider vinegar and liposomal vitamin c and melatonin for sleep

ive tried garlic oil, milti vit, various amino acids, coq10, quercetin, green tea extract, grapeseed extract, rhodiola, lysine, bcaa, a 20+ mushroom extract, hypothalmus supps and adrenal supps, B vitamins, butyric acid, selenium, various different  probiotics, im sure im forgetting at least 30+ others.

symptoms include lower spine pain, super tired all the time, inflammation, body pain, lymph node pain off/on, neuropathy skin pain, etc

We've had people with CFS report good results with c60oo or (in at least one case) MitoQ.  Carbon60oliveoil.com and MitoQ.com are reliable sources.  If you try either of these, let us know how they work out.

ive tried 3 months of c60oo with mild results. it did boost energy for me, alowing me to get more done, but was far from a silver bullet.

tried NAD as well, and it makes me to racey, overstimulated like too much caffiene, throws off my sleep and lots of other not nice effects.

PQQ provided zero effects.

havent tried mitoq though

I would try Tianeptine.

I swear it helps my arthritis/surgery related joint pain.

Also, if you google Tianeptine and fibromyalgia quite a bit of info comes up, including--

http://www.cortjohns...eptine-stablon/
