Hey everyone,

I recently started LLLT, using a CCTV 850nm for my scalp, and intranasal for everything else.

I only started intranasal today so can't confirm any result from that, but for some reason, when I use LLLT on my scalp, no matter the location, it starts giving me major anxiety and insomnia that lasts for the next few days. This is only after a minute on each spot.

Some people say it makes them tired, but it does the exact opposite for me. Does anyone also have this issue, and does anyone know why this happens?

At first I thought it could be over training, but I don't get fatigued, and my cognitive ability doesn't get worse.

What are you taking intranasally? LLLT and CoQ10 have synergistic effects so I guess other substances may affect your LLLT.

>This is only after a minute on each spot.

Try lowering the exposure to 30 seconds or less. I did sleep less the first day after 30 seconds, 14 spots total.

No I mean intranasal LLLT using the vielight 810 product.

And yea, I'm gonna try lowering the exposure. Thanks.

Hey... how are things doing for you now? I've been using the 850 nm CCTV device for a couple weeks now and can't say I've noticed much. Maybe a little more tired the day after using it, but no improvement yet.

It doesn't make me anxious anymore, but it does inhibit my alertness for a few days after using it. I notice it when playing video games, I can't aim as well and can't pay attention as well to everything happening around me within it.

Ok... so why are you still using it? Hoping it will start to make improvements?

I don't anymore. That's just been the case the last times I used it.

Oh ok. Well I'm gonna give it another week or two and see if it helps, but so far I'm having a similar experience to you.

Like with everything else most things that you'll come across for enhancing your brain, you will only see positive effects if you have the specific issue(s) that it solves.

In this case, if you have certain inflammation or mitochondrial deficiencies.

Yes that's true. I could be a slow responder or perhaps I don't have any issues. I'm gonna keep going for another few weeks first. I wonder if I need something more powerful like the Vetrolaser.
