I've been doing calorie restriction now around 10 months and i just had my second blood test done. I'll list a few of the results here, what you think?

One thing that is interesting is that I had lower fasting glucose back in 2004 before starting more strict CR, it was 4.5 and now 4.8. I've always been mildly CR'd though throught my teens as I've never been a big eater and used to sleep for long long periods which meant that I couldnt physically consume enough food throughout the rest of the day to bump my calories up and I have always been on the lower end of BMI.

Also my HS-CRP was 1.0 about a year before starting Calorie Restriction, so it's probably lower now... I'll get it tested sometime early next year.

Here they are, if you cant see them just save picture and zoom in

Right now I get around 1600-1800 k/cal a day... Depends if on activity level... I have 1800 when I go running 20 min 3 x a week.

ALk phos 114 with 115 being upper limits of normal is a bit concerning (unless this is something that CR people get). THere are a number of possible causes: liver stress being one of the more common.

Increased serum alkaline phosphatase is seen in states of
increased osteoblastic activity (hyperparathyroidism,
osteomalacia, primary and metastatic neoplasms), hepatobiliary
diseases characterized by some degree of intra- or extrahepatic
cholestasis, and in sepsis, chronic inflammatory bowel disease,
and thyrotoxicosis. Isoenzyme determination may help determine
the organ/tissue responsible for an alkaline phosphatase
elevation.

The last reading on ALK Phos was 85 before calorie restriction. People that do CR to have higher levels of ALK Phos because of weight loss.

That is interesting. I don't suppose you have any idea why?
