Do any of these exist and if so are they healthy/safe for long term use?

phenylalanine and l-tyrosine(NALT) is best. Those will give non amphetamine users nice clean safe energy. Unfortunately I on the other hand could take them right before bed and sleep like a baby.

Are these safe long term?
I don’t see why not as they are just amino acids. Phenylalanine Is an essential amino acid and tyrosine is a non essential amino acid which your body naturally produces anyway.

There were a number of products which contained combos like:
few grams tyrosine/N acetyl tyrosine,
phosphatidyl choline/CDP choline
vinpocetine
acetyl carnitine
DMAE, etc
which were quite nice yielding more alertness, mild stimulation without any jitteriness, etc. Quite nice for studying, long periods of concentration, etc. I think the first one was by a "bodybuilding" type company and they still make one, but at one point there were a number of knock off and you can make your own with bulk supps easily enough. Very safe for long term use.
