Go with food (berries, veggies, spices) to get your nutrients. It is much better.

If your diet is poor and you are unable to change, then I would go with one of the multi's made from whole food.

Thorne Research Children's Basic Nutrients is great if you're looking to take a low dose multi

For multi-minerals, I like Thorne's Pic-Mins.

I also like Thorne's Basic Nutrients III, which doesn't include iron or copper. Recommended dose is 6 caps/day, but if that's more B than you want, you can reduce the dose as much as you want.

My diet is great, but I still have brain fog and b12/folate deficiency symptoms unless I supplement with a couple hundred mcg of each methylfolate and methylcobalamin daily.

Sanatogen A-Z? Most important thing for multi is that iron/zinc is 1:1 and copper/manganese is 1:1 and iron:copper is 15:1.

Honestly if you're going to spend anything more than a sanatogen A-Z you are wasting money (except for vit D). Money that would be spent better on a good quality herbal or mushroom supplement, like Red Reishi which can be quite expensive. Better to take twice as much Red Reishi, or whatever the highest quality of your favourite herb is, than waste it on fancy vitamins.

I prefer whole food vitamins like Garden of Life’s Vitamin Code.

How is Sanatogen A-Z different than other multi’s?
