I'm particularly interested in Chaga, Reishi, Corcyceps and Lion's Mane. Recently I've read about something called chitin, which supposedly prevents us from digesting and reaping the benefits from powdered mushrooms (not extracts). However I'm unsure if it's just a sales trick or not, because I thought that fruiting bodies is the perfect way to consume it?
