The commonly-sought objectives here are:
cognitive enhancment and focus, but also calm and freedom from anxiety.
As a starting point, does it make sense to think that supps for each and all classes could be beneficial -  because they do different things?
Are there particular supps or classes of supps that are particularly syngergistic?
Are there classes or particular supps that should not be combined?
