O suspect im getting weight gain as soon as i restart ALCAR in different periods.

Mauybe ii take around 140 mg in liquid form

Could it be cause the best before date have passed that would be able to create such unexpected effect?.

What else could create this effect in theory?

Should it be taken with food to prevent possible weight gain?

All im taking is smaller doses of aswagandha, bacopa and bhringraj daily

Surprising, ALCAR helps the body metabolize fats, should help lose weight if anything. Also is cholinergic, again should help a bit. You’re also taking a pretty small dose. Check what else you’ve changed?

Nothing have changed really.

Are you saying that a bigger dose could posible fliå it and start the weigh loss, and small dose give weight gain?

Guess what i made another attemp yesterday, i even saveguarded the operation by going running training outside to burn up whatever negative weight effect ALCAR could have on me

And guess what, even after doing this and also performing regular exersizes i stil gained my expected 1.4 kg in just half a day after i restarted and increased the dose on ALCAR.

So now i must kill this kg before i can ever attemp to retry ALCAR to prove that its not comatible with specificaly my body only

Is 500 mg considered a low dose of ALCAR?

considered that exaggerated  clinical study's have used 2-3 g! per day,

But what about 500 mg? is that still low? in context of this below

"There are hundreds of research articles that shows ths neuroproctetive effects of small doses of ACETYL-L-CARNITINE (so called ALCAR), in neurons cells cultures, in animal models research, and in human being trials of patients with Alzheimer disease and others dementias , proved by research made in the lasts forty years."

I also read that

"Bioavailability of oral ALCAR decreases with increased dose, so it is more effective to take several small doses"

So is small doses 250 or 500 mg you guys think? im asking all of you
