Nuclear / Lenticular Sclerosis in dog eyes, similar to Cataracts - any suggestions?

My 11 year-old dog is developing Nuclear Sclerosis / Lenticular Sclerosis - a foggy appearance of the eye lens.  It's related to cataracts, but she does not have those.  Has anyone had success treating this?  How?

 

My dog is already raw fed and receives a lot of supplements.  She is great for her age, except for this.
