I have been researching 17 Alpha Estradiol.

My only issue is that I cannot seem to find a what the human dosage for longevity should be.

Does anyone know where I could find a human dosage protocol for an adult male?

• How many mgs to take?
• How many times a week to take it?
• By what method should one take it?

I would think you'd have to take that by subcutaneous injection, same as regular estradiol.

Ideally you'd probably want to come up with some starting dose and do blood labs to walk it onto your target, but I'm a little skeptical that you can readily find a lab with a test that discerns the alpha from the beta versions and is affordable. Maybe in a male the endogenous  17β-estradiol is low enough that it wouldn't be an issue.

I believe there is a german anti-hair loss product (whpch has this as the major ingredient) that you can simply apply topically

Yeah, but they are going for a local effect at the scalp.  I really doubt you're going to get a systemic effect from that sort of topical product.
