One thing some others have noted, is that Johnson's routine is very strict, essentially taking up the majority of his days. The hyper-focus is reminiscent of being a religious monk - giving up the enjoyment of life for some higher purpose.
For most, the enticing part of having rejuvenation treatments is so that you DON'T have to be like a monk. If the enjoyment of life is diminished due to hyper focus on living longer, then it doesn't seem worth it,

Absolutely right. I focus on the best interventions for least effort, across food, exercise, and habits. Point is to have more time for the things of value.

Sadly, Bryan Johnson has developed an auto-immune disease with no currently known cure. https://www.the-inde...e-b3010163.html

I'm sorry to hear about Bryan's challenge, but I'm optimistic it won't be that impactful on his overall health. Not because of my confidence in his overall plan, but because it's such an underdiagnosed disease, speaks to lower impact. He might be right that many more have it, but not much research on it, which also implies it is not often labeled as a cause of death.
His overall diet and exercise are far better than average. Hoping that is enough.
