In fact, I believe that the United States has long ceased to be the powerhouse it was during and after the Reagan presidency. Therefore, I think there is no significant difference between the United States and China in terms of public health safety, such as the proliferation of rogue stem cell clinics.

Exogenous LCA has not been proven to be safe for humans and further research is needed. The main value of these papers is the understanding of the AMPK pathway. Its value is not to extend lifespan, and the AMPK pathway itself is not a pathway for extending lifespan

If humanity solves cancer, average life expectancy will significantly increase. This is because the two major causes of human death are cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Particularly in the GLP-1 era, cancer will become the primary cause of death.

This article explains that everyone's response to medications can vary significantly; what is beneficial for one person may be harmful to another. Similarly, the same anti-aging treatment can have different effects on different individuals. Therefore, a personalized approach to anti-aging is the most optimal solution.

Just like the OSKM/OSK factors used in cellular reprogramming. These regulators are known as MYB, HDAC2, and FOXA2 and when they were suppressed in colon cancer cells, the cells switched back to a normal-like state, removing the cancer threat without destroying any cellular material.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force released updated draft recommendations on December 17, revising its 2018 guidance on vitamin D and calcium supplementation for older adults. The recommendations advise generally healthy older adults to avoid using vitamin D and calcium supplements to prevent falls and fractures. According to the independent panel of experts, while these essential nutrients are important for overall health, there is not enough evidence to suggest a net benefit for these endpoints, and supplementation may be associated with the risk of developing kidney stones.

President Trump wants to annex Canada, the Gulf of Mexico, Greenland, and the Panama Canal to the United States, and I fully support this move. In fact, if it were possible to include China and other countries around the world into the United States, forming a single nation on Earth, that would be even better. This would eliminate many barriers for the anti-aging geek community, including language barriers, currency obstacles, cultural habits, ways of thinking, and educational levels. By creating a specialized anti-aging knowledge platform(http://longevitydiary.com), we could use just one language instead of the current one that Chinese geeks and Chinese anti-aging experts can understand.

On January 6th, the United States reported its first death from the avian influenza virus (H5N1). Although no human-to-human transmission has been detected, it is crucial to be vigilant about potential viral mutations. We are currently in an era prone to viral outbreaks for two main reasons: one is natural factors, as viruses periodically emerge that can influence human DNA and drive evolution; the other is human factors, with the novel coronavirus being a coronavirus engineered from HIV. In the future, viruses may become the third leading cause of death for humans. The United States has banned TikTok, and the confrontation between the U.S. and China is intensifying. Despite issues with China's system and bureaucracy, it is the ordinary Chinese people who are affected by this confrontation, while some high-ranking Chinese individuals actually hold U.S. citizenship(most CBC is CBA). We hope that the confrontation between China and the U.S. does not affect humanity's pursuit of combating aging.

A study published in Cell Metabolism magazine indicates that exosomes rich in miR-302b, known as hESC-Exos, can reverse the proliferative stagnation of senescent cells, promote cellular rejuvenation, and restore vitality to aged mice. The research found that miR-302b, by targeting Cdkn1a and Ccng2, restores the expression of cell cycle-related genes, increases cell division, and improves the physiological functions and appearance of aged mice. Long-term delivery of miR-302b can extend the lifespan of mice, ameliorate signs of aging, without increasing the burden of tumors or diseases, effectively slowing down the aging process.

A study published in a Nature journal has indicated that the metabolic product of gut microbes — phenylacetylglutamine (PAGln) — increases with the age of the host and accelerates the aging process of the host. The research found that PAGln activates the adrenergic receptor-AMPK signaling pathway, increases the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS), mediates DNA damage, and leads to cellular senescence. The researchers proposed that the use of adrenergic receptor blockers (carvedilol) and Bcl-2 inhibitors (ABT263) can counteract PAGln-induced cellular aging.

A renowned chines star Barbie Hsu passed away at the age of 48 due to influenza. There is a consensus in the medical community that there are fewer than 10 diseases that humans can cure in this world. The harsh truth is that humanity has not yet conquered the common cold.

Recently, an article titled "Somatic mutation as an explanation for epigenetic aging" has become popular. The article suggests that the main approach of Altos Labs, which focuses on epigenetic reprogramming, might be incorrect. This aligns with the main anti-aging principle of LongevityDiary since its inception, which is that the primary cause of aging is errors in DNA. We have never been optimistic about the direction of in vivo reprogramming using osk/oskm. Even though Altos Labs has invested $3 billion, we believe that the approach is incorrect. LongevityDiary‘s method of correcting DNA errors is correct and has not been overturned to this day.

The overall evidence suggests that CR, or low-carb diets and other methods of weight control, may not be a good anti-aging strategy. This conclusion is based on the following facts:
-
Chinese star Barbie Hsu, as a celebrity, had strict weight management and died at the age of 48.
-
The general practical experience of ICU doctors is that overweight patients who enter the ICU often survive and become thinner, while thin patients who enter the ICU have a high probability of death.
-
Liu Jiaxin, a famous low-carb advocate in China, nicknamed "Old Hippo," had a 28-year history of diabetes and experienced multiple severe complications, including arteriosclerosis, two heart attacks with stents, diabetic foot, diabetic neuropathy, and diabetic retinopathy. At that time, Jiaxin's condition was very critical, and insulin injections of 100 units were ineffective. Even the Peking Union Medical College Hospital refused to admit him. Later, he reversed his condition through a ketogenic low-carb diet, no longer needing any medication, losing 50 pounds, and experiencing a significant reduction in carotid artery plaque. He recently passed away due to a sudden illness at the age of 62.
-
In Jan Gruber's new paper, they evaluated mortality data to create weights for the new mortality calculator LinAge2, which found that BMI has a protective effect on the mortality of both men and women. The higher the BMI, the longer the lifespan.
-
The famous American diet (a diet high in fat) has led to Chinese people generally being slimmer than Americans. The average life expectancy for American men is 75 years, which is 5 years longer than the average life expectancy for Chinese men, which is 70 years.
-
The elderly are prone to sarcopenia and are often concerned with how to increase their weight rather than lose weight.
Perhaps the benefits of weight management techniques such as CR (Calorie Restriction) are only temporary, and in the long term, they may be harmful.

Good posture and eating healthy supplements may be good for you, but it isn't going to halt or reverse aging. You make a lot of big claims in this thread, LongevityDiary. Now I'm looking through google for any research papers, a website even, and have found nothing. Your English is more than good enough for clear communication on this thread. I've read lots of Chinese papers just fine.
I've also yet to see a single company hiding behind a 'proprietary formula' that ever lived up to its claims or turned out to be reputable. Serious scientists put their molecules and formulas right out there for everyone to see and analyse. The proof's in the pudding. If you have a genuine immortality-creating drug on your hands, wouldn't it be in your best interest to put all the info you have straight out there, so you can get some much-needed funding for your research? Trust me you will have no shortage of customers. The way it's laid out now looks shady, and nobody's going to take it seriously, especially because the anti-aging field is crawling with snake-oil salesmen.
Being more open about your project will help you a LOT here.
I wish you luck.

Yes, the anti-aging industry is not only filled with snake oil salesmen from small companies but also includes large enterprises that have received hundreds of millions of dollars in investment. These large companies may operate more formally, but in reality, their results are no different. Even giant companies like Altos Labs face technical bottlenecks in the largest investment direction in the anti-aging field (reprogramming technology). Universities are the same; from Prof. David's VC6TF to the latest research on TVL (tranilast, valproic acid, lithium carbonate), countless studies have been conducted, yet the results remain the same. Wealthy individuals and political figures who can afford these treatments invest huge sums of money annually in maintaining their health, but they still age and eventually die. We have previously mentioned that throughout thousands of years of human history, if we don't talk about anti-aging, the number of diseases that have been cured so far does not exceed ten, and all chronic diseases are incurable. We believe that aging is caused by a disruption of homeostasis and errors in gene expression, much like a triangular table collapsing. However, the body has its own means of self-regulation, leading to various changes in blood indicators. Caloric restriction (CR), exercise, various nutritional supplements, and medications can have some effect, but the impact is minimal. Moreover, these methods may only address part of the problem and can quickly lead to other side effects. Exercise can cause joint wear and even calcification, CR can lead to muscle loss, and various nutritional supplements and medications, such as statins, may solve abnormalities in blood indicators, but they do not reduce mortality rates because they cause other issues, such as cancer.
Many Americans criticize the quality, methods, and prevalence of scammers in China's anti-aging products, but the truth is, there isn't much difference between Americans and Chinese. In the event of a war, most Chinese people could even become Americans through various channels. And some Americans, who claim the moral high ground, such as certain wealthy individuals, have long been obsessed with anti-aging. To evade regulations, they have even developed "Lolita Island."
Therefore, the reason you cannot find our information is that we operate in a Chinese environment and have not invested funds in promotion. In this chaotic industry, we focus on maintaining our own pace.

If I've understood your assumptions correctly, since human DNA consists of only 2% of the coding part, it's imperative to protect these parts through methylation mechanisms.
Global errors come from the non-repair of non-coding parts. Because our error-correcting codes only act on the coding parts? (The accumulation of waste DNA from retroviruses would not be our friend).
I really like your hypothesis.

Yes, You are right. Although only a small portion of the human genome is coding regions, the integrity and function of the entire genome need to be carefully maintained. Epigenetic mechanisms such as DNA methylation play an important role in maintaining genomic stability. They not only protect the coding regions but also regulate non-coding regions to maintain the overall functionality of the genome.
It's not just the junk DNA caused by retroviral insertions. There are many reasons, such as the external environment. During infancy, the internal environment of the body is balanced, and crying and playing are normal behaviors. We teach infants to be quiet and engage in orderly activities, which, although traditionally considered correct, do influence gene expression within the body.

This is the beginning of my thoughts on a strategy based on your product CS008. ( I only have a smartphone as my only hardware support to work with at the moment and for a few more weeks, so I'm pretty limited in my possibilities).
https://www.perplexi...ZTUmvvd_YXcNT9Q
Chinese pharmacopoeia plants available in France (where I am at present) are not numerous.
Notwithstanding this restriction, here is my preferred list:
SIRT1
Panax ginseng
Polygonium cuspidatum + rheum officinalis + coptis chinensis
AGO4 : curcuma longa + schisandra chinensis
5+1+1 :
+ Jiaogulan (gynostemma pentaphyllum) + phylanthos urinaria + astragalus (vs Ligusticum)

Here in France, for methylation/demethylation I use :
Resveratrol+ artichoke+ Uncaria Tomentosa + vitamin B + Sea Buckthorn + green tea + cuminoid
And for telomeres :
- Sleep well (visit Shambhala during my dreams) and during the day avoid as much as possible the influence of the entertainment/consumption/predation/competition society.
- Sometimes undergo strenuous effort
- Diet rich in fruits and vegetables (garlic, onions, red apples, red peppers, olive oil, broccoli, chickpeas, etc.)
- withania somnifera + centella asiatica
+ astragalus
