Personal theory Ideal fasting period for removing inefficient cells

so im not a expert but applying a little logic i was thinking the time when the cell is most stressed is between the feed part and the time you re ketons go up and you are fat adapted so atophogy would target the cells that can t handle working with low fuel if you get you re ketons up and you fully fat adapted i don t see where the stress comes from the inefficient cells would have plenty of fuel also and not get specifically targeted by atophogy because there would be no difrance between the end product produced by a inefficient cell and a efficient one
so what do you guys think?

SO are you saying, a person should get into ketosis, and then start a fast?

Exist many fasting types and duration, but I never find any of this "experts" telling you a basic thing to do... clean your colon!!! 3, 7, 15... days fasting with all your colon full of putrefaction matter... if it were me, I CLEAN MY COLON.
