10.6 million steps were logged after 12 weeks of the Step Masters Challenge.

 

By week 7, their health data looked like they had done elite endurance training:
 

  • VO₂max surged to 47 ml/kg/min

  • Resting Heart Rate plummeted to 48 bpm.
