Um, Armour?
What were the exact results of the blood test?
Search back, there is a great posting from another site dealing with hypothyroidism.

Mild hypothyroidism can sometimes be treated with iodine. There is a patch test to see if your body needs iodine. This site explains how the test works and some more info.

Tyrosine helps with thyroid hormones too. This site has some info on tyrosine.

This last site has some more suggestions like herbs and other supplements.

And some people think that eating foods like kelp or other seaweed veggies can be helpful too. Also avoiding soy and other foods that contain goitrogens is needed too.
