Clicking around on YouTube today, I was sad to discover that Chuck Norris is pushing for the Bible to be taught more in American schools. Not funny at all. I was going to link to the video, but instead found this youtube video of a monkey watching the youtube video.

Filming on location for Walker: Texas Ranger, Chuck Norris brought a stillborn baby lamb back to life by giving it a prolonged beard rub. Shortly after the farm animal sprang back to life and a crowd had gathered, Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked the animal, breaking its neck, to remind the crew once more that Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

Geez, that was just creepy. How can such a thing be allowed ? She should have been laughed off the stage!! But hundreds of people were simply standing and listening to her bullshit......ugh, it makes me want to puke. If she had taken the name of any other "God", she would have been in an asylum by now. This is clearly an instance which highlights the problem of Religious moderates providing shelter for big time BULLSHIT.

Yeah, that is very sad... but this is even worse... I saw a clip of this somewhere on the news about 6 months ago, and I am simply amazed that people can reach a point where they think this is normal... other than just taking the child away and trying to re-educate her, I don't even know how to address it, there is no hope for the grown woman because she has been subjected to 20+ years of it most likely.

I think it is always good to view crazy muslims as well as crazy christians as well as crazy jews, because sometimes a christian might stumble across this thread and not get it if they were all just about christianity. I think the forced recognition of craziness in the other 'faiths' increases the chance of them recognising the exact same craziness in their own.

LOL! Sacha Cohen could never get away with this type of stuff if he wasn't Jewish. I went to see Borat in the theater with my best friend who is Jewish (culturally, but he's not religious) and he was laughing so hard it brought tears to his eyes.
