You have to make sure they ship it cold packed. If not, I wouldn't get it.
You can also try Beyond A Century...since they are in Maine and I believe they ship cold packed...
here is the info for them:
I also strongly suggest ordering the COQ 10 powder they have if William doesn't already have it.50 grams for $54....ask them about it...this is the link.
one quarter teaspoon of COQ10 powder is 540 mg.
Put that in a tablespoon of flax oil and down it 2 to three times a day.
As I mentioned before, you can also put the Res in the flax oil.
also, for flax oil.....Beyond a Century has it too and they are in Maine... and not much more money than vit shoppe.
I suggest calling BAC to order and it will go through much faster. Very nice people.
they have the COQ10 I mentioned and the Flax oil...you can order it from
them too...call them and ask if it's sent cold packed....

The bottle should have been filled under a nitrogen blanket to safeguard it from oxygen exposure, generally speaking it should be OK until it is opened, then the clock starts ticking faster on degrading. I wouldn't be overly concerned about the few days it may take at room tempuratures or below before it hits my fridge. It this were the middle of summer I would be more concerned about the tempuratures in the UPS truck during delivery, but currently it's cool even during the day so I think we are safe. Years ago, I never place orders in the summer because of the temperature issue, so I agree Missminni, that it's important to pay attention to details like this. I just think we are safe on this delivery.

There is a caution somewhere in my notes about the use of COQ10, I'll dig that out at some point. But for the time being I'm going to hold at the 400mg which was the upper limit of use for some reason.

I'm going to look at Missminnis HCL post again, and I have more data to look at on the whole Acid/Akaline issue. That will most likely be the next order, but I'm not ready to make selections yet. But it's very useful to know that we are up to 250, Thank You Anthony.

There is a caution somewhere in my notes about the use of COQ10, I'll dig that out at some point. But for the time being I'm going to hold at the 400mg which was the upper limit of use for some reason.

It was one of the supps I mega dosed Minni along with the resveratrol. I was giving her anywhere from
600 to 1000 mg a day. I've linked to some articles about it below.

A clinical study published in 1994 shows a dose dependent relationship in the effects of CoQ10 treatment for women with high-risk breast cancer. In one patient, during therapy for about one year with 90 mg. of CoQ10 daily, the tumor "stabilized". When the dose was increased to 390 mg. daily, after one month the tumor was no longer palpable. After another month, mammography confirmed the tumor was no longer present (Lockwood, K., Moesgaard, S., Flokers, K., "Partial and Complete Regression of Breast Cancer in Patients in Relation to Dosage of CoEnzyme Q10" Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, Vol. 199, No. 3:1504-1508, 1994.)

People with cancer who consider taking much higher amounts should discuss this issue with a doctor before supplementing. There are several anecdotal reports of large amounts of CoQ10 resulting in improvements in certain types of cancer. However, controlled trials are needed to confirm these preliminary observations.

The Foundation has recommended a maximum dose of 400 mg a day of CoQ10 for patients with heart disease and cancer. European doctors are now using 600 mg a day of CoQ10 without encountering toxicity. Cancer patients should consider taking this higher dose of CoQ10.

Eight new case histories of cancer patients plus two reported cases support the statement that therapy of cancer patients with CoQ10, which has no significant side effect, has allowed survival on an exploratory basis for periods of 5-15 years. These results now justify systematic protocols.

I'm fairly confident about being in the low risk group when it comes to getting breast cancer Missminni. ;)
But on a more serious note, I can't remember if the caution was because of something else I was taking or something else. It is somewhere in my prison notes.

I just got this for you,

The shipping was quite high on this. It 31.07 for 3 day, although they did have ground, but you are in Maine and this company is in California... so it would take a long time using Ground...

I'll split the shipping with you on this one, and I'll pay half of it out of my pocket without a problem.
Let me look at the other one...

Hi Anthony,
I just got back from the post office, I dropped that donation in the mail to you. I'll tell you what, why don't you let me pick up the tab on that shipping :)
That's a 5lb shipment so I'm not surprised that it was a little pricey but the price was right on the batch.

Anthony

I reloaded a weeks worth of Vitamins this afternoon before I went to the post office. I do have some items that are low, but I was thinking of placing that order with the money collected from the pay pal account. I mentioned that I would only place an order like once a month or so with that one so it wouldn't take too much of Imminst time, because that was one of the many objections that someone had with that account. I also think I mentioned something about only one order from one company, I'm not sure, I have to go in and review what I said.

I think I'm going to put together a big order for the life extension foundation from the pay pal account by the end of this weekend, and sometime beginning to middle next week I'm hoping to have an order ready for you for items to combat the Alkaline/Acid issue. But you know my timeframes, I'm often speaking my wishes and take much longer to get things done. :)

Hi Anthony, I have that follow up order. 3 Bottles of the highest potency twinlab acid should do the trick. We will get those vity's dissolved. :) They are 10.66 per bottle with 3plus ordered, and they will go with the life extension vitamins nicely. Go with ground shipping, I'm going to need a few days with the LEF enzymes to set the dosing on those before I add the heavy duty HCL.
