War on Aging: Strategy

Dear All,

Recently I have learned about upcoming international scientific meeting with intriguing title "War on Aging: Strategy", to be held in Russia on June/July this year. This brain-storming meeting is related to some extent to scientific activities and ongoing discussion (8 comments) described here:

Talking about the strategy of possible biomedical war on aging, the first thing that comes to mind is the SENS program founded by Aubrey de Grey. Then there is another, 'Russian' strategy, which is described at the links above. I wonder whether there are any other strategic approaches to war on aging, to be aware of? Please advise. Thank you!
