Who here has bought products from Pure Encapsulations?

iHerb is now stocking this brand and I would like to know what your experiences are with this company.

My first thougt is that they are a little bit expensive. For example
http://www.iherb.com...ules/19329?at=0

Regarding the quality they wrote

"Pure Encapsulations exceeds the standards of the
United States Pharmacopeia (USP). We are GMP
certified in Canada and currently preparing for
formal U.S. cGMP certification by the FDA."

It would be very nice if they would reveice cGMP certification in the US.

Thanks Mousehunter and ajnast4r for your input! :)

Are there any others here who have bought this particular brand?

If so, please post it in this thread. All comments are welcome.

I'm gonna pull the trigger and order their Magnesium Glycinate.

That is what I currently take. I'm gonna try the more expensive brand. Why not? I've got the dough. :)

But if it's an Albion, what is the difference? Besides it being around double the price per milligram?

The only differences between Albion glycinates I've seen is one can be buffered (with mag oxide) while one other is mixed with a little lysine. But what is special about the Pure Cap mag?

I like brands like Pure Encapsulations, Thorne, Vital Nutrients and others that are free of excipients like stearates that have been linked to t-cell suppression among other things.
