I've always heard of some correlation of people with ADD and sleepiness when taking caffeine. Does anyone else feel this way? I purchased some pills a while back and they never worked.

Well. If you are taking high amounts of caffeine and get tired then you might have ADD. The biggest probability is that it disrupts your sleep. Try Inositol supplementation, that might be of aid.

I would recommend against taking caffeine pills anyway. That doesn't sound healthy.
