G'day. After a month of reading/researching, lurking and a couple of posts to a thread relevant to my situation I am "stacking". I'd appreciate comments on my regimen as well as any recommendations on racetam supplementation.

Base Stack (all taken with food, usually after eating):
Ortho-core multi - One 348mg cap three times daily
Nutrasea fish oil - One tsp daily
krill oil - two 1085mg daily (not taken with fish oil)
alpha lipoic acid - one cap daily with breakfast
bilderberry - one 1000mg cap twice daily (for eye health...)
milk thistle - one 1000mg cap twice daily
ubiquinol - one 100mg cap twice daily
elderberry - one 400mg cap twice daily

Noot Stack: at least 30 minutes before breakfast and again before bed (at least 90 mins after eating)
ALCAR - two 1000mg cap daily
lion's mane - two 400mg vcaps daily
ashwagandha - two 600mg vcaps daily

alpha-GPC - currently taking one 250mg vcap alternate days
huperzine (Biotics research NeuPerzine) - not started stacking with this yet, waiting for a racetam...

In addition to being open to comments/suggestions (especially regarding contraindications), I have several noot-specific questions:

1) lion's mane - three vcaps is recommended by mfr. Should they be taken together? Two morning one night or vice versa?
2) ashwagandha - one is recommended by mfr, should this be morning or night or is my current regimen fine?
3) which racetam would be "best" - in addition to boosting memory and cognition, I am prone to anxiety
4) alpha-GPC - increase, decrease dosage? Mfr recommends 2 minimum daily but I've read too much choline can cause headaches.
5) huperzine - safe to take without a racetam or would this be useless? There seems to be some safety issues with huperzine-A so i am still researching.

I'm allergic to eggs and pork so most of my protein comes from meat sources (I live inland so the fish is not as fresh as I'd like and I am a very finicky eater). I am 195lbs, a quarter inch under 6 feet tall (5' 11.75" to be b precise) and in good health (first time cycling this year I covered 22km at an average speed of 19.75km/h with a stiff wind, next time I did that loop I'd boosted my average moving speed to just under 21km/h).

Thanks in advance.
