Hey dear friends. For the first time from : oh lord need a memory stack to remember when the last time I felt that great.

Today I received my Jumex box (LDeprenyl aka Selegiline hydrochloride) Before eating (I know that's not the best way) I took the first 5mg tab,1h later after a fat meal of fat (lol) I execute my plan and took a second one.

Maybe 1 hour later I began to feel something like maybe a little MDMA+Coke dose very cool.
3h later now I feel quite normal maybe a little bit tired and chilling. I know the effect seem to appear days or week after maybe it's a large part of placebo but I'm quite sure there is something.

I tell you tomorrow how it is. If you have some advice for some combos or dosage I'm all in. Thanks.

PS / To tell more about me. I'll see soon a psychiatrist because I'm really a weird guy. I seem very confident that's how people describe me (of course I precise this point this is not my main attribute) but I'm very very unconfident I can't tell shy. But I think you say something like Social Phobia or something like that. I always have some apprehension (I don't know how you say in english) for anything and EVERYthing but specially with women/girls. I don't know even if I'm drunk as hell I still thinking even on MDMA even on... You understand .. So I guess I'm a loss guy.
The real deal is that no one believe because of course I'm a bit special everyone see that I'm kind of a mystic guy, but they can't imagine how it's hard sometime... I hope so much Selegiline will have the expected effect.

My advice is to take a small dose like 2.5mg and let the tablet dissolve under your tongue, instead of swallowing a large dose (like two 5mg tablets), every day.

the 10 mg was the "attack dose" I was like a kid who wants to try his new stuff. I was thinking about 5mg/day but if your solution is safer and cheaper I'm okay of coursE.
But can you tell me exactly the equivalence beetween oral and sublingual ? Thanks !

Usually, oral means swallowing the pill, and sublingual is dissolving under the tongue. Technically, since oral just means "involving the mouth," sublingual could be called a form of oral administration. But unless you're a dentist, oral always means swallowing it.

yeah I know what sublingual and "strictly oral" mean don't play with words haha.
I just want to know if I take 2.5 mg sublinguy what the equivalent dose if I took it strictly orally without put it under my tongue and let it disolve. Thanks!

It's really hard to specify that number, but basically it's around 3-7 times stronger sublingually than orally.

I'm basing this on the fact that 7.5-12.5mg seems to work well for MDD in sublingual dosage, which is approximately the same as the doses for the EMSAM skin patch. But for oral antidepressant treatment, you'd need to take 20-50mg.
