Hey Guys Im about to start this stack cause Im really curious

Im looking for the "safest" NOOT that I can use daily with a couple days off

So I wanted to try the Artichoke & Forskolin Stack but not sure of the dosage

I found

Artichoke Extract: 500mg

Forskolin : 250 mg - 50mg active forskolin

is that a correct dose?

and how many time should I take that

any advice is appreciated

Thanks

I would start with 5mg of active forskolin and 500mg of artichoke with a caffeine source, and build from there. Also, I would only take this stack once a day.

THANK YOU KINDLY SIR ! :)

1. So when do I know to UP the dosage of the forskolin??

and a

Question about the caffeine..

2. Whats the best source of Caffeine without drinking coffee (it bothers my stomach)?

Ive tried the caffeine pills 100mg & they were good. But I feel that there is probably something better out there

I would up the dose if you don't feel anything or when you become more tolerant. Also, I would read that thread to see what has worked for others. The first page contains a nice summary. You can add dopamine precursors to amplify the effects of this stack if needed. Yerba Mate and Green Tea are also good sources of caffeine.
