I have had improve focus but not a constant focus, i still get brain fog at times. What should I add or drop to get more focus, improved memory function, alertness, and sharpness.

My Stack (daily)

L-Theanine 200 mg x1
CDP Choline 250 mg x1
Centrophenoxine 500 mg xl
Piracetam 800 mg x2 (morning and night)

Your stack looks pretty decent, have you tried Oxiracetam?. If I may, I would suggest that you take a look at TULIP, CILTEP, Cerebrolysin and Mr Happys stacks they are all pretty amazing as well as Bulletproof Coffee and diet. These are the strongest stacks I know currently of and they are now beginning to be tested in combination by the community, pretty amazing stuff. I have a list of resources on may profile page with links to the treads mentioned above other things. Below is an excerpt (I will be adding summaries latter on with break downs of the stacks and protocols plus).

TULIP Creator lostfalco: Stack Info Kept on Profile Page http://www.longecity.org/forum/user/11887-lostfalco/ also see http://www.amazon.com/Minding-Mitochondria-2nd-Edition-progressive/dp/0982175086/ a lot of my diet comes from this (plus Bulletproof [see below]) and I have lostfalco to thank for showing this to me also the link is on his profile page. The first review/most popular of the book has much of the info summarized with some good advice (should still read the book to get the full picture) and this book http://www.amazon.com/Better-Brain-Book-Improving-Preventing/dp/1594480931/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1378982493&sr=1-1&keywords=Better+Brain+Dr.+David+Perlmutter is also need to read. May I suggest also, that is if you venture into TULIP do read the martial (books, studies etc.) the information in them is invaluable.

I STONGLY suggest one read through Dave’s website. His tips and advice on diet, sleep, being healthy and pretty much everything there really does work; life changing actually to be a bit more precise. Of course I disagree with a few of his ideas and or put my own personal spin on things and you will to of course. Just give site a look over if you have time and wish to optimize your health and mind.
