I have magnesium glycinate at home from pure encapsulations.
It doesn't exactly state how much glycinate is in every capsule.
But what I'd like to know is wether this is the same as glycine which is used in psychiatry.
I read studies about people taking 60mg glycine to affect NMDA. 60mg doesn't sound like very much.
Now I wonder if magnesium glycinate contains pure glycine. If it did then I bet that every capsule contains
probably much more than 60mg of glycine.
