There is a product called "soleaus" that claims to contain the highest concentration of triterpenoids, but it's pricey. I am interested for the anti-cancer effects. Mushrooms contain them, but I don't know which kind/product would be best.

These too

Ganoderma lucidum

Eriobotrya japonica

Hederagenin

From what I have researched, bacopa, gotu kola, ashwagandha, and frankincense all look fantastic. I believe frankincense in particular has a lot of research showing anti-cancer benefits. Looks like I am going to have to pick up some loquats next time I see them in the grocery store. Finding foods with interesting longevity effects is always a plus.

Reishi (ganoderma lucidum) triterpenes have a lot of research on them. They are primarily non-water soluble so make sure to get a product that is extracted with alcohol. They also primarily occur in the fruiting body (mushroom) so make sure to get a product made from 100% fruiting bodies and not mycelium. Triterpenes give reishi its bitter taste and a sign of good reishi is bitterness.
