Genetically modified algae (biosilica) kills 90% of cancer while leaving healthy cells alone in lab tests. Experiment was designed to find a cheaper method of nanotech drug delivery. New tests are pending!

Weren't some Koreans making induced pluripotent stem cells with algae as well.

I guess this year is the year of the algae.
