Dear Members,

Punched in the Head Productions, a studio tied to MTV, is looking to shoot a series following nootropic users who are seeking to enhance their memory, cognition, and overall well-being. They are interested in filming a story about someone who is near to completing a personal, academic, or professional goal, and who is using nootropics to that end. If anyone is interested or desires further information, feel free to PM me. If you'd like to go ahead and speak to the casting director, her contact info is:

Zandra Pernica
(714)422-0704 ext 318

As a side note, members of another forum have worked with this production studio and found them friendly and easy to work with. Personally, I have found them quite accomodating. I highly encourage members of the community to reach out and help spread awareness of the longevity and nootropic community's goals.

I'm not a moderator, but I would personally lock/nuke this thread.

While I recognize there is a wide diversity of people who are using this forum and dabbling in nootropics for various different reasons, the vast majority of the discussion here is serious, scientifically rooted and I don't think serves as the basis for some wannabe reality show.  A lot of the people here are managing their health with real risks and concerns in mind from alzheimers to cardiovascular illness, and not trying to crank out term papers while popping ritalin.

I would also suggest anyone contacting this studio not get involved in any project without significant medical/scientific advisory staff involved in such a project.

I am no expert (nor a moderator) but surely just getting the majority to know that nootropics is a thing would be a decent idea? Sadly though, I do agree that it would probably be very misrepresented. However, lots of people watch that sort of stuff and it will reach many.

Personally, I could never go on a TV show even if I did use nootropics so hats off to those who are brave enough. :)

So i ran a google search and  went to their site ...

judge their content for yourself...

White people ?
is this for real?

Extreme guide to parenting?

I don't watch t.v , consciously to avoid these kind of contents...

Do people actually fry their brains infront of the tv watching those show's?

This is the kind of content that makes me pessimist towards the state of our kind today..
perhaps i live in a bubble...
