I want to start taking astragalus root, but I'm unsure of the dosage. I see that powder city has a 10:1 extract. Anyone have any guidance for a starting dose for that?

I've heard someone mention that up to 3g Extract is safe...but I don't know how accurate it is .
And also the best dose has to mention strength of extract along with what % of Astragalosides or else it's not clear the meaning.
I don't have a definitive answer but I hope to hear more discussion on it. Once a dosage is established (based on active ingredients)... then for each product we can adjust based on that reference.
