Hi everyone,
I'm currently taking the following vitamins and minerals to many purposes (primarily 'health', to help with sport (>10h per week) and hairloss) and I've been thinking about taking a multi in order to reduce the amount of pills I take every day.
Here's the list:
- D3+k2 (200 mcg and 1000IU)
- vit C (1gr per day)
- Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol plus d-Beta, d-Delta and d-Gamma Tocopherols) (100IU)
- Vitamin B1 (as thiamine mononitrate) 25 mg 1667% Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 25 mg 1470% Vitamin B3 (as niacin) 25 mg 130% Vitamin B3 (as niacinamide) 100 mg 500% Vitamin B5 (as calcium D-pantothenate) 100 mg 1000% Pantethine (Vitamin B5 derivative) 25 mg * Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg 1250% Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5-phosphate) 10 mg 500% Folate (as QUATREFOLIC (6S)-5-methyl-tetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt) 400 mcg 100% Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 100 mcg 1670% Biotin 300 mcg 100% Choline (as choline bitartrate) 50 mg * Inositol 50 mg * PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 30 mg
- Iodine from kelp 225 mcg
- magnesium citrate 320mg
- Zinc 30mg
- selenium 100mcg
I have been thinking about taking a the multi or at least a thorne pic-min complex in order to reduce the amount of pills, thae thorne comple contains:
Zinc (as Zinc Picolinate) 15 mg 100% Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 100 mcg 143% Manganese (as Manganese Picolinate) 2.5 mg 125% Chromium (as Chromium Chelidamate Arginate) 100 mcg 83% Molybdenum (as Molybdenum Picolinate) 50 mcg 67% Boron (as Boron Picolinate) 700 mcg * Vanadium (as Vanadium Picolinate) 50 mcg
I have also thought about taking life extension two daily (and vitC and magnesium) but the amount of vitamin A worries me as I think it's too high.
What do you think?
