Has anybody heard of the fasted training trend? It's supposedly superior to conventional exercise habits and confers to numerous health benefits.

It's been proven to work, especially if your goal is cell health, I have also trained fasted and done cardio around 15 hours fasted exercise ending at 16 hours fasting.

A couple suppversity studies one explains the cell health aspect, http://suppversity.b...bage-train.html

However for "Fasted Cardio" you have another tale especially if your goal is fast loss, http://suppversity.b...ifies-myth.html

I'm fasting right now. Today is day three, water only. I've not been vigorously training, though. I may tomorrow.

So is this also the case for weight training on BCAA's?
