My question to all those people who take many different supplements and noots as in more then a dozen different pills a day, is it really worth it?
Is the difference from not taking them a big difference in your lifes to make it worth it?
That bulletproof guy I've read takes over 100 different pills a day, something it not right if you got to take that much?
Excluding those who with serious health issues who need many supplements, for the rest has taking supplements become just another addiction?
Is the difference in the quality of life been really improved?
