My question to all those people who take many different supplements and noots as in more then a dozen different pills a day, is it really worth it?

Is the difference from not taking them a big difference in your lifes to make it worth it?

That bulletproof guy I've read takes over 100 different pills a day, something it not right if you got to take that much?

Excluding those who with serious health issues who need many supplements, for the rest has taking supplements become just another addiction?

Is the difference in the quality of life been really improved?

If you eliminate people who have medical conditions that are alleviated by various supplements, all you have left is people who are otherwise healthy. Whether their supplements are making these people healthier now, protecting them from future disease or even extending their lifespan is difficult to say, and on an individual basis unknowable. All anyone can do is look at the whatever incomplete evidence is available and place your bets.

Well the short answer is, yes.

Jokes aside I think it depends, it depends what that person's goals are. Some supplements you feel the difference others might just be something that they think is good for health. Eating vegetables doesn't give a noticeable boost but people do it because over time they think it does help health. So the question is very similar to: is eating vegetables worth it?  Do what you think fits into your lifestyle, same thing with supplements.

I only do a few supplements that aren't in the diet but I believe are critical to optimum health

Vitamin K2 (mostly absent in Western diet)
Vitamin D3 (I burn in sun too easily and accelerates aging of skin)
CoQ10 (for when I'm older this could be helpful as boxy fails to make as much)
Omega 3 fish oil

Apart from that I try to source everything else in real food. Body probably prefers it that way

Taking over 100 pills a day is stupid. Probably an undiagnosed OCD or addiction / dependency issues going on with those people. They need to relax as chronic anxiety releases cortisol in the body which accelerates aging and lowers immunity from what I understand.

As a person diagnosed with learning disabilities its the difference between being respected instead of  pitied .

its that time the university professor calls you and asks for your help to  solve a problem .

Yes.

I don't take a hundred pills a day. I don't think the Bulletproof guy does either. I take 3-5 different supplements a day which promote focus, cognition motivation and the immune system.

I've been using smart drugs for about 5 years. There's been quite a transformation...

My businesses have grown.

I've been traveling the world full time.

I'm not rich but I have pretty close to complete freedom with what I want to do, how I spend time, etc

Mastered a second language.

At almost 31, I feel like I'm 18 again. My energy, libido, motivation, focus and memory is better than it's ever been.

It's totally been worth it for me.
