You can find reliable some sources on Amazon if they've not been busted.  It can be purchased over-the-counter in Russia, no prescription needed.  Worth a journey? But the mechanism of action is not entirely clear.  I believe it inhibits carnitine synthesis, and the body's adaptation to this is thought to be responsible for an improvement in endurance.  But if you are prone to psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, be cautious. Possibly a carnitine deficiency aggravates these conditions.

We will try to improve our service if we can.

 

If by bad service you mean that we didn't have card processing at the time you placed your order, then please know that we were not pleased ourselves when PayPal blocked all our accounts, so the funds were frozen and we couldn't accept any payments except for Bitcoin... It is nearly impossible to get any proper internet acquiring if you are selling supplements/pharmaceuticals and you are located in Russia. Nevertheless, we expect the issue to be resolved in two week time.
