Life extension vs Pure encapsulations Multivitamin, help me decide.

Life extension : Cheaper, contains more, not sure about the sources and effectiveness thinking of only taking 1 capsule.

Pure encapsulations : More expensive, Contains less but again, sources.

I'm leading to the Life extension one since along with a good diet should be more than anuff plus it's a lot cheaper since I'm a student.
