An acquaintance of mine has jumped into the sulforaphane "game." In addition to growing broccoli sprouts, he has produced a procedure in which he harvests them, dehydrates them at low temperatures, crushes them, and encapsulates them. He has watched the Rhonda Patrick videos, so he takes as many precautions as possible to preserve the sulforaphane.
Now, he wants to have his capsules tested for sulforaphane content. Basically, he'd like to be able to know what percentage of sulforaphane by weight is in a capsule -- sorta like how marijuana is rated by percentage of THC. Neither one of us know of a lab that offers this service. Does anyone here know of a lab that someone can pay to have their broccoli sprout concentrate tested for sulforaphane content? I'm sure he would be willing to pay a moderate fee for the testing, but he's not rich and not going commercial. His goal would be to have his results quantified so he could share the EXACT process with as many other people as possible so they could produce their own concentrate with a known quantity of sulforaphane.
Any help would be appreciated.
