Water, shredded unsweetened coconut (about 1tbsp), shredded flax seed (about 1 tbsp), one scoop Trader Joe's vanilla whey protein (8g) which I might stop using because it has a no-calorie sweetener in it, one scoop Swanson's pea protein (16g) which I might stop using because it's manufactured in China, frozen blueberries, one scoop Trader Joe's green drink mix.
What else should I add to it? I was thinking about some berry powder but I don't understand anything regarding that. The description will say "good source of vitamin C" but then the details say like 2% vitamin C.
