Mild Crohn-like (fatigue, skin/joint issues, mouth/ass/scrotum ulcers, lost of appetite).
Recently diagnosed ADD
Anxious
Mild asperger.
What I'm looking for: Anti-aging, anti-inflammation, nootropic everyday stack.
What's on my list:
-Ritalin
-Armodafinil (150mg)
-Creatine (5g cycling)
-Pira + oxira + Choline source (any suggestion ?BTW I'm egg intolerant)
-ALCAR + Sodium (not sure about dosages) lipoate (as it seems way more bioavailable than ALA)
-Vitamine D
-Omega 3
-Magnesium chloride (1g cycling 20d/10d)
-4~5g raw tumeric root + 2g ginger root (not quite sure it does anything but I really enjoy chewing it)
-5cl milberry juice on the morning
-HIIT 30min twice a week
-Paleo/keto + intermitent fasting (One meal a day, Two when HIIT for extra protein/carbs)
-Meditation
