Another training day, another experience. Today was leg day (workout C) and I was curious to see if I would be noticing changes today as well. Though I do not know if C60 works this fast, I feel like yesterday and today -both with no pre-workout supps- were going better than expected.

Today was my first day after my first dose of C60. I didn't really feel any different, but did notice some increase in strength.
