I struggle to get to sleep at night despite severe hypersomolence throughout the day (4.3 average on a MSLT). It has improved with the depressive disorder but I imagine it will remain a problem.
I am prescribed up to 15mg of Zopiclone a night and because I have to be up at 6.30 4 days a week I have had to take 7.5-15mg each night for the last week to make that possible.
I've never tried Picamilon before and have taken my first ever dose (100mg) two hours before sleep. I'll try at 50mg tomorrow if that doesn't work.
I have used Phenibut before. I love the stuff both for fun and for sleep.
If I use these alternatively for sleep do you think it would reduce tolerance (same system different mechanisms)?
Do you think this is a good hypnotic (sleep inducing) cycle to avoid tolerance?
