Some of you may have seen this already, but just in case you haven't, I post a link to this podcast by dr.Stanfield and dr. Brenner. It's a  useful overview of NAD metabolism and very motivating to keep taking our NR. Actually it is a sequel. I haven't been able to hear the first part yet.
