Hello everyone!
since a couple of weeks I'm taking the following substances and I'd like to ask if there's anything to change. With this I actually feel pretty great (less fatique in the morning, highly focused, more motivation and verbally skilled).
In the morning:
- DMAE 500mg (after breakfast)
- ALCAR 1g (30min before breakfast)
- Ginseng 6% extract 25mg (after breakfast)
- Rhodiola Rosea root powder 200mg + 60mg root extract (= 2 caps) (after breakfast)
- piracetam 800mg (after breakfast)
After lunch:
- Ginseng 6% extract 25mg
- Rhodiola Rosea 1 cap
- piracetam 800mg - 1600mg (depends...)
In the evening I rarely take:
- bacopa monnieri
- L-Theanine 100-300 mg before bed
I have still some supplements at home I haven't really tried yet:
- L-Tyrosine (Solgar)
- L-Lysine (Solgar)
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (jarrow's)
- Lecithine
- Omega3 caps
- Ginkgo biloba
Any comment would be highly appreciated! I'm taking my stack based on experimentation / feeling... Is there anything from the other stuff I have on "stock" which could be synergistic to my usual regimen or would you change something?
This whole thing started off with me ordering Source naturals DMAE bitartate and I loved the focused/jittery feeling it gives. As I ran out of source naturals DMAE I bought AOV DMAE forte caps (Dutch supplementation brand, which I could buy locally) which are 500mg pure DMAE. Is it better to take the bitartate? (the 500mg I take in the morning don't feel as strong as 2 361mg bitartate tabs i noticed...)
Any comments on my nootropic/energy stack?

Thanks hippocampus!
Will do, also after reading the thread about DMAE long time usage which might cause MS I got a bit shocked...
So I guess I'll drop it for now...
Is there anything I could add to boost the effect of piracetam (It really helps me at work and also with learning...), or could I just raise the dose?
When starting to take piracetam I had 2 times 1600mg a day for approx 5 days. then I lowered the dose to the amount I mentioned in my OP.
Thanks!

piracetam best taken on empty stomach. after breakfast is a bit of a waste since it is water soluble. if it were aniracetam that would be a different story.
